He gave a little
background history and said with the first building the thought was to have about 20 different tenants
but that did not happen. He said they've had calls from people who wanted to store RVs and mostly
autos. He said he has Permit to store autos. Highlights of Stuart Bornstein's presentation include the
following:
• 1-112 people working in the main building. With building #2, will probably add one more
person.
• Secure, climate -controlled building. Infra -red heat inside.
• Foundation in ground for building #2.
• Doors and stairways going to change. First building doors are 16% new building designed
looking to reconfigure doors. They would be 12' high bays, would be sprinkled.
• One side of building has small self -storage and doors built into the building—around 20 doors
for cars to drive in. Downstairs designed for automobiles.
• Looking to put some RVs outside and maybe a few boats.
• Vehicles inside building #2.
• Industrial Zone.
