Buildin 42 61 Market St. — continued <br />Mike Mendoza said if you have any sandwich shop, will there be any outdoor seating? John Connell <br />responded that because of elevation changes there is only a very small space where you would have <br />outdoor seating. He said it is being provided for in case that happens. <br />Motion: Scott Carline motioned to approve Building 42 at 61 Market Street Site Plan review as <br />described with the stipulation that if applicable outside seating be addressed and brought back before <br />this Board. Andrew McManus seconded the motion; and it was unanimously passed by Plan Review <br />and by Design Review. <br />Motion: Jonathan Furbush motioned to accept with no stipulations the Plan portion of Building 42 at <br />fit Market Street as presented. Joseph Cummings seconded the motion; and it was unanimously <br />passed by Design Review. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Joseph Cummings approved the minutes of the Design Review and Plan Review combined meeting <br />of June 25, 2015, as amended, on behalf of Design Review. <br />Adjournment...
