Alice would like to state that her role on the Committee is to represent the Tribe. She also requests that she <br />would like her concerns to be respected. <br />Ella states that the Affordable Housing Committee was originally put together to represent groups and <br />businesses. Louise suggests clarifying membership. Zella will pull out the Article from 2002. <br />Old Business <br />Presentation Preparation Questionnaire ... Drafted by Deborah and distributed to Committee for review <br />and discussion. Jamie would like to add "please provide your calculations" to Item 6. Comment will be <br />added to questionnaire. Unanimous approval by Committee. <br />Committee Membership... Julius Rosales submitted his letter of interest to Zella. Zella told Julius that his <br />letter must first be submitted to the Selectmen as they are the appointing committee. If Mr. Rosales is <br />appointed to the Committee, there would still be one vacancy open. <br />Next Meeting... Tuesday, February 1, 2005, 7 p.m., Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Action Items <br />➢ Zella and Eric to draft a letter supporting the concept of 588 Main Street with the above stated <br />concerns. Will email to Committee members to comment. Once comments are received, will prepare a <br />final letter to be submitted to the Selectman. Jamie made a motion to approval; Louise seconded the <br />motion; and the motion was carried. <br />➢ Deborah will request a formal presentation for the Affordable Housing Committee from the new <br />President of the Affordable Housing Trust. <br />➢ Eric to submit letter of interest from Julius Rosales to the Selectmen. <br />➢ Zella to obtain a copy of the original Article forming the Affordable Housing Committee. <br />Jaime motioned to adjourn the meeting; Louise seconded the motion; and the motion was carried.
