■ Zella circulated the Smart Growth Questionnaire for comments. Will put on the agenda for comment at <br />next meeting. <br />Eric circulated the Habitat Newsletter. They are requesting parcels of land for Affordable Housing. <br />Eric will ask if a Habitat for Humanity representative can attend the next scheduled meeting. <br />Old Business <br />Use of Money—Discussions continued on ways to use money: <br />■ RFP (with partnership) <br />■ Build, acquire, or renovate property <br />Moncy is being held by the Cape Cod Commission. No deadline for using these funds. <br />Selectmen will request use of funds from Cape Cod Commission pending proposal from Affordable Housing <br />Committee submitted to the Board of Selectman. <br />Committee Membership... Julius Rosales has become an official member. There is still one vacancy open. <br />There will be two vacancies in May (replacement for John Cahalane and Deborah Battles, who because of the <br />new Mashpee Town Charter can not serve on two Committees). <br />➢ Action Item: Eric to look into posting an advertisement on the Mashpee Channel for new members. <br />➢ Action Item: Zella will draft article for Mashpee Enterprise. <br />Budget ... Zella reports that it looks like the Affordable Housing budget will be approved ($1,500.00). This <br />money can be used for brochures, logos, seminars, stationery, etc. <br />Next Meeting...
