Capital Improvement Program Committee <br />Minutes <br />January 29, 2015 <br />Present: Joyce Mason, Town Manager <br />Michael Richardson, Selectmen Representative <br />Dawn Thayer, Town Accountant <br />Theresa Cook, Finance Committee Representative <br />Tom Mayo, Assistant Town Manager, Ex -officio member <br />Meeting Called to Order by Mrs. Mason at 3:00 p.m. <br />Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br />In accordance with the Town Charter, the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) <br />Committee met to initiate the assessment of capital project requirements and <br />recommendations for the purpose of funding the FY2016 Capital Improvement <br />Program. <br />It is the recommendation of the Town Manager and Town Accountant to <br />appropriate from available Free Cash, $650,000 to the FY2016 Capital <br />Improvement Program. <br />Mandatory expenses from previously appropriated capital expenditures include <br />the lease purchase of Police Vehicles identified in the Police Vehicle <br />Replacement Program in the amount of $155,000 and the lease purchase of two <br />DPW 6 -Wheel Dump Trucks in the amount of $86,404. <br />The CIP Committee met with the following Department Heads to review and <br />consider capital projects proposed for FY2016 at the May 2015 Town Meeting. <br />
