5 <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />January 13, 2015 <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Approval & Ratification of Invoices for Payment: <br />Community Park - $415.50 <br />Community Park - $447.39 <br />Community Park - $11,384.04 <br />Archives - $4,700 <br />Great River Boat Ramp - $11,297.74 <br />Motion made by Mr. Taylor to approve and ratify the above referenced <br />Invoices for payment. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Waygan. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. Halpern, yes Mr. Kaplan, yes <br />Mrs. Buschenfeldt, yes Mr. Taylor, yes <br />Ms. Waygan, yes Mr. Lord, yes <br />Opposed, none <br />COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE: <br />Town Report: <br />The Community Preservation Committee received a request to contribute to the <br />Annual Town Report. <br />LIAISON REPORTS: <br />Liaison Assignments: New liaison duties will be assigned after the May Town <br />Meeting. <br />MLTee Archives: A ribbon cutting is planned over Memorial Day in <br />conjunction with the opening of the Community Park. All work is deemed <br />complete, and the move is currently being coordinated with the volunteer staff. It <br />was noted that a small leak was detected in the ceiling near the chimney that is <br />anticipated to be repaired by the DPW. All collectibles associated to the <br />Archives have been graciously stored at the Anchor Storage building in a climate <br />controlled unit. The CPC requested that CPA signage be appropriately displayed <br />at the site location. <br />
