A quorum was declared with the following members present: Richard Halpern, Fran Laporte, Jill Allen, and Kevin Shackett. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. David Harsch was absent. SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the regular meeting held on January 8, 2015 were mailed to members before the meeting. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Mr. Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion was adopted. TREASURER'S REPORT: Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances.
