TREASURER'S REPORT: <br />Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford stated that she did not have a budget to actual report from the <br />fee accountant as he was still working on the year-end report. Since DHCD has issued Budget Guidelines <br />for Fiscal Year 2016, with no increase to spending, he will be at the next meeting to do the year-end <br />report and FY 2016 budget at the same time. <br />Accounts Payables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for signature. The warrants for signature <br />tonight are for the months of June and July 2015 and total as follows: JUNE $68,197.01 for 4001, <br />$3,963.00 for Section 8, $36,737.00 for MRVP, $27,724.11 for Asher's Path Apartments, and $10,184.05 <br />for Great Cove Community. JULY $39,684.27 for 4001, $4,003.00 for Section 8, $36,684.00 for MRVP, <br />$31,01.4.68 for Asher's Path Apartments, $596.29 for the Housing Assistance Program and $13,352.40 for <br />Great Cove Community, <br />We have all residents paid in full at Asher's Path, Breezy Acres and Homeyer Village. We have one <br />resident at Great Cove development who has not paid their rent, and notice has been served. We go to <br />court later this month. We also have issued a notice to quit to one other resident who has several lease <br />violations. We go to court on that one later this month, as well. We are 100% occupied at all <br />developments except Homeyer Village where we have one vacancy. We hope to have this filled by <br />September. One resident at Asher's Path has passed away, so we will have that unit to fill in the next <br />month. A motion was made by Kevin Shackett and seconded by Richard Halpern to accept the <br />Treasurer's Report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT & UPDATES: <br />Mrs. Botsford stated she had not mailed a report, since she has been out on medical leave and just <br />returning. While out, she worked from home as much as able, but is just getting back to work part-time. <br />She reports that the staff did an excellent job keeping everything going while she was out. Accounts <br />payable and receivables were the priority and all reports were filed, as necessary. <br />• Recertifications at GCC are completed. <br />• Recertifications for Asher's Path are underway -- September is a big month for recerts at that <br />development. <br />• Mrs. Botsford will be doing a presentation for the Tribal Housing Commission next Monday, <br />regarding our experience with the LIHTC development. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />a) Housing Assistance Program/CPC Funding.Reg uest: Mrs. Botsford stated that she wanted to <br />know what the board wished for re -submitting another application for CPC funding for the HAP. <br />After a brief discussion, it was suggested that a meeting with the new Town Manager might be <br />the first step. Mrs. Botsford will request one. <br />NEW BUSINESS` <br />a) Fiscal Policies and Procedures Update., Mrs. Botsford had distributed a newly drafted Fiscal <br />Policies & Procedure to members to review. She explained that the new policy changes are to <br />reflect the management of Great Cove Community and to update the figures regarding quotes. A <br />motion was made by Melissa Phillips and seconded by Jill Allen to approve and adopt <br />the updated Fiscal Policies and Procedures as presented.
