Additional Topics <br />Reminders: <br />There will be a need to increase the number of copies of the application that applicants are required to <br />submit from 8 + the original to 9 + the original. <br />There will be no online applications this year. <br />If serving as a representative of the town or School Dept., Council members may advocate but must, on <br />occasion, recuthemselves from voting on select applications for grants so as to avoid a conflict of <br />interest. <br />The staff contact at Massachusetts Cultural Council is Jennifer Atwood whose phone number is listed on the Member <br />List and Grant History distributed by Mr. Taggart. The password for the state website is restricted information. <br />Dawn Thayer volunteered to update the town website page for the Council pertaining to: <br />the current members <br />the June 2015 revised funding priorities, local guidelines, timeline and submission of application by <br />using the format that was first agreed upon by the Council in June 2014 <br />There being no further business, Ms. Walsh moved to adjourn. <br />Motion was seconded by Sarah Daley. <br />All were in favor.
