<br />Chairman Theresa Cook called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.

<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES — February 26, 2015
<br />Charles Gasior made a motion that the minutes from the 2/26115 Finance Committee be approved as
<br />presented. David DelPonte seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: DelPonte, yes; Murphy, yes; Gasior,
<br />yes; Cook, yes; Klenert, yes; Schmidt abstained. The motion was approved by a vote of (5-0-1).

<br />• Planning Board: $7,765. Schmidt moved, Klenert seconded a motion to approve the $7,765

<br />DelPonte, yes. The motion was approved (6-0).
<br />• Planning Department: $96,620. Gasior moved, Murphy seconded a motion to approve the

<br />D. Police Department: $4,430,096. Gasior moved, DelPonte seconded a motion to approve the

<br />Klenert, yes; Schmidt, yes. The motion was approved by a vote of (6-0).
<br />E. Fire Department: $3,559,654. DelPonte moved, Schmidt seconded a motion to approve the
<br />$3,559,654 budget. Roll Call Vote: Schmidt, yes; Klenert, yes; Cook, yes; Gasior, yes;
<br />Murphy, yes; DelPonte, yes. The motion was approved by a vote of (6-0).
<br />F. School Department: $20,467, 076. Gasior moved, Schmidt seconded ,a motion to approve the
<br />$20,467,076 budget. Roll Call Vote: DelPonte, yes; Murphy yes; Gasior, yes; Cook, yes;
<br />Klenert, yes; Schmidt, yes. The motion was approved by a vote of (6-0).
<br />Grand Total Budget: $52,891,431. Gasior moved, Murphy seconded a motion to approve the
