PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — Recited. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None. OLD BUSINESS • Approval of Minutes — September 10, 2015 Terrie Cook made a motion that the minutes from the Finance Committee meeting held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 be approved as presented. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Avis, yes; DelPonte, yes; Murphy, yes; Cook, yes; Klenert, yes, Gasior, yes. The motion was approved by a vote of (5-0-1) with Richardson, Klenert abstaining. • Review of the Wording of the Explanation of the Warrant Articles Article 1. Line 5: add "Love" to Ms Burns name. Line 6: delete the word exceptional. Articles 2,3 4,5,8,7,8,9,19 and 12. Line 2, insert the words "and transfer' after "appropriate." Article 3. Line 1. Delete the words "after the fact it was determined that". Line 3, delete the word "requires" and add the word "needed". Change the word" initial ly"recommended to read "The Finance committee recommends". Article 4. Line 2: delete "provide Town Planner, Tom Fudala assistance as the Town ° and insert "to continue to work on and implement its Comprehensive Wastewater and Nitrogen Management plan," Under Approval od Article 4, add the sentence, "However, it will have an effect in future years." Article 5 Line 3. Delete the name Richard York. Delete the last sentence in the paragraph. Article 9, last sentence, insert the word physical before the words storage reequirements. Article 92, line 2, reword the sentence The Waterways Commission derives its funding in part by boat moorings and boat excises taxes. Article 93, Line 3. Delete the words "which will be conduced in cooperation with the Town of Barnstable, Article 22, Line 2, delete the second sentence starting with According to Town Planner.
