4 'Gorran�r�cn+C�M�p��l�'"p <br />to <br />MASHPEE CABLE AND ADVANCED <br />TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY BOARD <br />MINUTES OF MEETING HELD <br />TUESDAY, MAY 26 2015 <br />TOWN HALL — WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br />Present: Andrew Eliason <br />Dan Riley <br />Lolita McCray <br />Also Present: Joyce Mason - Town Manager <br />Tom Mayo — Assistant Town Manager <br />Wayne Taylor — BOS Liaison to Mashpee TV <br />David DelVecchio — Director of Information Technology <br />Sean Moroney — Technology Director, Mashpee Public Schools <br />Invited Guest: Mary O'Keeffe — Senior Manager, Comcast <br />Andrew Eliason, Chairman Pro Tem, called the meeting of the MCAT Board to order at 1 p.m. <br />Roll Call was taken. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Motion: Dan Riley motioned to accept the minutes of February 24, 2015; Lolita McCray seconded the motion. <br />VOTE: Yes -3. <br />Roll Call Vote: Andrew Eliason, yes Dan Riley, yes Lolita McCray, yes <br />Tom Mayo,,Assistant Town Manager <br />Tom Mayo introduced Sean Moroney, Technology Director at Mashpee Public Schools. Tota said Sean is at this <br />meeting to explain how funds approved by MCAT at the February 20 meeting will be used. <br />Scan Moroney advised that improving wireless will give students ability to use wireless in the classroom, He said <br />the new installation has started; currently 40 access points have been installed. Sean stated that only 25 devices can <br />access 1 access point at a time. <br />MCAT Board thanked Sean for attending the meeting and said they were pleased with the information he provided. <br />
