Town of Mashpee <br /> :s <br /> q. ; 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br /> Mashpee Town Hall- Waquoit Meeting Room 1 <br /> Thursday, February 5, 2015 — 7:00 PM <br /> Board Members Present: Member Absent: Also Present: <br /> Tom Fudala, Chairman Glenn Santos Paul Gobell, Sewer Commission Administrator <br /> Joe Lyons, Vice Chairman Jeff Gregg, GHD <br /> Mark Gurnee, Clerk <br /> Tom Burns <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Tom Fudala called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES — 1211812014 <br /> Joe Lyons made a motion that the minutes from the 12/18/2014 Sewer Commission meeting be <br /> approved as presented. Tom Burns seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Joe Lyons, yes; Tom <br /> Burns, yes; Tom Fudala, yes. The Board approved the motion by a vote of(3-0) with Mark Gurnee <br /> abstaining, Glenn Santos absent. <br /> STATUS OF DRAFT FINAL PLAN <br /> Jeff Gregg Stated that he has been working his way through all received copies of responses to <br /> comments. The one piece missing is responses to comments from Rick York that he received just <br /> today. Jeff Gregg stated that the important thing needed from Rick York is the mapping and <br /> analysis of the shellfish areas. <br /> Jeff Gregg distributed copies of an updated TABLE OF CONTENTS working draft for review by the <br /> Sewer Commissioners for the final document. Jeff Gregg commented on each of the 11 chapters <br /> as follows: <br /> Executive Summary: No change <br /> Chapter 1: Essentially no change <br /> Chapter 2: Demonstrates that the CCC 208 plan is in agreement with what Mashpee has <br /> been doing for the past 15 years. <br /> Chapter 3. Essentially no change. Regional Coordination and Outreach has been added. <br /> Chapter 4, 5, 6: General approach: summary of planning framework; summary of draft <br /> recommended plan; final recommended plan. <br /> Chapter 7: Environmental Evaluations: Jeff Gregg stated that some tweaking will occur. <br /> Chapter 8: Draft Section 61 Findings and Mitigation Measures: Jeff Gregg is waiting for <br /> comments from Brian Dudley. <br /> Chapter 9. Planning & Implementation: essentially no change. <br /> Chapter 10. Adaptive Management Plan Framework: will have another section on the CCC <br /> 208 plan. <br /> Chapter 11: Next Steps: Additions on green energy and storm water improvements. <br /> Jeff Gregg will request a 2013 update from Catherine Laurent on these improvements. <br /> 1 <br />
