Glenn Santos stated that the Water District already has an infrastructure in place. It would be very <br /> easy to move forward. A lot of towns don't run their own facility. They have a private company <br /> account. It only makes sense to keep it in the district and to keep it out of the town. It is a lot less <br /> complicated, as management would need to be duplicated. <br />_ Roll Call Vote: Glenn Santos, yes; Joe Lyons, yes; Tom Fudala, yes. The motion was approved <br /> by a vote of(3-0-2) with Tom Burns and Mark Gurnee absent. <br /> A letter addressed to the Board of Selectmen will be sent by Tom Fudala stating the position of the <br /> Sewer Commission on Question 8. <br /> • Sheldon Gilbert, Precinct 4 Advisory Committee Rep. Sheldon Gilbert stated that the <br /> capability of the District is very critical to the Town managing this. Tom Fudala stated that if <br /> things work out, we never get to Phase 5.
