Tom said last year we had a budget of$139 and ended up having to pay$157.for our <br /> Annual Water Environment Federation membership dues and the Town Accountantwas <br /> able to find $18 to pay rest of the bill. He said we will make it more than $157 this year. <br /> The new number will be $180 for membership fees. <br /> Motion: Joe Lyons moved to include in the budget for membership dues $180, <br /> seconded by Glenn Santos. Vote 3-0-1 with one abstention (Tom Burns) <br /> Tom discussed the Sewer Commission's budget figures for the Capital Improvement <br /> Program. Tom explained the budget jdeadline is October 16. Tom noted he had to break <br /> down the costs by fiscal year beginning 2017 and ending 2022. Following a lengthy <br /> discussion, the following draft figures were agreed upon. <br /> Fiscal Year 2017 $2,850,000 Preliminary Design <br /> Fiscal Year 2018 $2,150,000 Final Design <br /> Fiscal Year 2019 $19,500,000 Site Prep, recharge, Construction <br /> Fiscal Year 2020 $6,500,000 Final Construction <br /> Fiscal Year 2021 $2,000,000 Close out, Clean up <br /> Fiscal Year 2022 $500,000 Evaluation <br /> Tom concluded by stating that the numbers were estimates and he needs to submit the <br /> budget to the town manager with explanations for each line item. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Motion: Joe Lyons moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Glenn Santos.
