Voucher Signatures <br /> GHD <br /> Tom had a bill for GHD for $2,700. <br /> Motion: Joe moved to pay the bill for $2,700 to GHD, Seconded by Tom Burns. <br /> Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Intermunicipal issues: <br /> Cape Cod Commission Cape-wide wastewater 208 plan approved <br /> Status of MMR utility planning: <br /> No updates <br /> Falmouth Issues: Moonakis River study proposal— meeting with Falmouth <br /> representatives re: possible County grant. <br /> Tom noted he received an invitation from Eric Turkington to meet with the County <br /> Collaborative Chairman Larry Ballantine, Kia Sarplus and Matt Patrick He was under <br /> the impression he was going to be asked to support a request from Falmouth for County <br /> funding for the Moonakis River Study proposal, which is in the area of$40,000. <br /> Ballantine indicated that the Collaborative would likely come up with half of the cost. He <br /> said Eric Turkington asked if the Mashpee could split the other half with Falmouth. He <br /> was hesistant because this study is about the only thing Falmouth has ever done with <br /> Waquoit Bay and Moonakis River. Tom said he was non- committal on this, pointing out <br /> he didn't have any authority to agree to it. The study may save Falmouth a lot of money. <br /> Meanwhile we are paying 100% of the cost for Hamlin Pond, which is also a watershed <br /> shared with Falmouth. <br /> Barnstable Issues: <br /> Jeff said Barnstable is waiting until they reorganize. All he was told is that the town of <br /> Barnstable, in' light of the 208 and watershed permitting, are looking to change their <br /> advisory committee and they are also going to figure out what they are going to do with <br /> the watershed reports that they have to file as part of the 208 plan. <br /> Sandwich issues: <br /> No report <br /> Other Items: <br /> FY 17 Commission Budget <br />
