with UMass Dartmouth be moved to the new NRD budget when the department is <br /> finalized. <br /> Public Access: Ken reported that budget figures have been set for floats for Ockway <br /> Bay for 2017 and for Pirates Cove for 2018 but this now sits with the BOS. Andrew <br /> Gottlieb noted there might be a special Town Meeting scheduled to expedite funding for <br /> these two required ramp/float assemblies rep lacementslupgrades. <br /> Waterways Improvement Plan and Dredging: Ken reported that we have received <br /> approval on the Chapter 91 Permit/401 Water Quality Certification. This <br /> Comprehensive Permit process started in March of 2013. This has been sent out to <br /> various agencies for the appeal period up to November 10. <br /> CZM also sent to the Town their approval of the Federal Consistincy Review. <br /> The Popponesset Inner Channel dredge project will start on October 23 or 261h. The <br /> dredge was down for repairs but expected to be ready for these dates. <br /> We submitted our PGP form on October 10th.. <br /> New Business: All Waterways articles passed at last night's Town Meeting. Don Barton <br /> mentioned the boat fire on Little River last week and stated all respondents did a good <br /> job on cleanup. Rick mentioned that we will have a pump permanently installed on the <br /> town work boat to assist in fire control. <br /> A motion to adjourn at 9:52 was made by Tim Leedham, 2nd by Stan Healy.
