Dan Barrett <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Executive Session commenced at 1-.40 p,m. <br /> Review of Proposals for ea se of the UCRT <br /> Mr. Goddard stated that Mr. BaiTett was the Bourne primary reviewer of the proposals. <br /> Chairman Laurent requested that any members with additional questions forward therm to her by <br /> noon on Friday. Ms. Rooney stated neither Saltine Warrior, nor Cavossa Disposal submitted <br /> traditional references. I r. cip lone indicated that as long as names of contacts were provided <br /> they would meet the criteria. The Chair recommended, as a follow up, more information be <br /> provided regarding references. <br /> 11 r. ci io ne pointed nted out that, other than. Saltine Warrior, there was a lack of specificity among <br /> p <br /> thero osals likelyin order to offer greater appeal} such as through use of rail and truck. M!-, <br /> p p <br /> Goddard inquired about pre-planning to ensure that the proposal would fit with the current <br /> � p p <br /> proposal, otherwise a change in permit would be needed. <br /> The Chair referenced avossa's use, as well as other contractors' usage and inquired how to <br /> request a better definition of the proposal. Mr. Scipione stated that negotiation would occur after <br /> opening the price proposal. The Chair inquired about the value of a proposal to 11ashpee, unless <br /> the site was also available to other contractors and residents night receive a lower rate to <br /> dispose. 1r. ci ione noted that each town may have a different value, such as Falmouth who <br /> p p <br /> already had roadside pick-up. <br /> Regarding experience Cavossa has experience running trash disposal, but not running a transfer <br /> station and what kind of experience would the Board be seeking` Mr. Scipione stated that the <br /> criteria was subjective and that Board members would use the rating sheet and work out the <br /> average.
