Dual System <br /> Motion: Richard Eirick motioned to recommend to the Board of Selectmen to explore option of <br /> maintaining a dual system,along with status quo at transfer station. Wayne BevAcqua seconded <br /> the motion. <br /> Discussion: Wayne BevAcqua said he originally made this suggestion because he wanted the <br /> Committee to do our job. Richard Elrick commented that this would allow us to explore PAYT <br /> as a pilot program and provides equity. <br /> Wayne BevAcqua said he was withdrawing his second of this motion because cost of dual system <br /> would be too phenomenal. Richard Elrick withdrew his motion. Motion withdrawn. <br /> Adiournment <br /> Tom O'Hara said before adjourning he wanted to thank the Committee for their time and for <br /> coming up with different ideas to present to the Selectmen. <br /> Richard Elrick gave everyone a copy of a Pay-as-you-throw impact summary sheet for the Town <br /> of Mashpee that he put together. <br /> Glenn Santos motioned to adjourn the meeting;the motion was seconded by Rodney Collins; and <br /> was unanimously passed.
