At Marilyn's
suggestion,a copy of the letter will be sent to the Board of Selectmen.
A discussion of the need for handicapped access to be considered at all public events
resulted in the unanimous approval of a recommendation to send a letter to the Board of
Selectmen urging the Selectmen to include handicapped access as a condition of
approving the permit.
Terrie noted the negotiations with COMCAST on the new contract are still well in the
future. She also said the town has gone on record opposing a VERIZON proposal to
have cable contracts negotiated at the state level.
