If, 1, Ms. Egloff made a motion that the Maslipee Affordable :Housing Committee recommends approval of this Affordable Housing& Planned Production Plan by the Board of Selectmen and the Planning Board before the end of July 2012,in order to preserve Mashpee's funding. Mr. Isbitz seconded the motion. All voted unauhnously. Housing Institute Mr. Isbitz attended the program. NEW BUSINESS October Warrant Chairman Abbott recommended that the AFC request that the Selectmen place a request on the October warrant for $14,000 from CPC fiends to be used for feasibility studies for 209 Old Barnstable Road and 954 Falmouth Road. Selectman Richardson recommended that the warrant article be utilized should the funds be unavailable from the 'State. There was discussion. regarding the availability of the land for affordable housing, since all town land was withdrawn at the last Town Meeting. It was noted that a feasibility study could be completed without the land. being transferred. Selectman Richardson will contact the Town Manager regarding the status of the land. There was also discussion about the Heritage Parr location, but it was noted that it was not a viable location to receive HLJD funds. Mr. Johnson also recommended that 248 Orchard Street be added to the warrant or an RFP be released in order to develop the lot for affordable housing. APPROVAL L OFMINUTES-May 1, 2012 & June 5,2012 There were no corrections to the minutes. Mr. Johnson made a motion to approve the May 1 minutes. Mr. Isbitz seconded the motion. 3 yes, 1 abstained Ms. Egloff made a motion to approve the June 5, 2012 meeting, minutes as presented. Mr. Isbitz seconded the motion. All voted unanimously.
