If, <br /> 1, <br /> Ms. Egloff made a motion that the Maslipee Affordable :Housing Committee recommends <br /> approval of this Affordable Housing& Planned Production Plan by the Board of Selectmen <br /> and the Planning Board before the end of July 2012,in order to preserve Mashpee's <br /> funding. Mr. Isbitz seconded the motion. All voted unauhnously. <br /> Housing Institute <br /> Mr. Isbitz attended the program. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> October Warrant <br /> Chairman Abbott recommended that the AFC request that the Selectmen place a request on the <br /> October warrant for $14,000 from CPC fiends to be used for feasibility studies for 209 Old <br /> Barnstable Road and 954 Falmouth Road. Selectman Richardson recommended that the warrant <br /> article be utilized should the funds be unavailable from the 'State. There was discussion. <br /> regarding the availability of the land for affordable housing, since all town land was withdrawn at <br /> the last Town Meeting. It was noted that a feasibility study could be completed without the land. <br /> being transferred. Selectman Richardson will contact the Town Manager regarding the status of <br /> the land. There was also discussion about the Heritage Parr location, but it was noted that it was <br /> not a viable location to receive HLJD funds. Mr. Johnson also recommended that 248 Orchard <br /> Street be added to the warrant or an RFP be released in order to develop the lot for affordable <br /> housing. <br /> APPROVAL L OFMINUTES-May 1, 2012 & June 5,2012 <br /> There were no corrections to the minutes. <br /> Mr. Johnson made a motion to approve the May 1 minutes. Mr. Isbitz seconded the <br /> motion. 3 yes, 1 abstained <br /> Ms. Egloff made a motion to approve the June 5, 2012 meeting, minutes as presented. Mr. <br /> Isbitz seconded the motion.
