A change order needed to be <br /> approved, with no additional cost, to allow for extra time to complete it. A notion was rade by Mr. <br /> Laporte and seconded by Mr. Sha k tt to approve the Certificate of Completion and Change <br /> Order as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that Great Cove Community is moving along great and we actually think that we <br /> may be slightly ahead of schedule. There is a possibility that first occupancy may be on May 1. Mrs. <br /> Botsford and Ms. Mitchell attended a meeting at HAC, as things start to rove forward with pre- <br /> occupancy. <br /> re- <br /> occ pan y. An informational session will be scheduled for some time in early February and applications <br /> will soon be available.
