Both will be addressed this <br /> s pring/summer. <br /> 0 I'll be attending ray annual LIHTC training in Boston next month <br /> • At the end of May, Mrs. Botsford is scheduled for surgery and expected to be out on medical <br /> leave for 6 weeks. She will work from home as much as she is able to, as she has done in the <br /> past. <br /> Y <br /> OLD BRINE . <br /> Breezy Acres Expansion/Great Cove Community update: Mrs. Botsford informed the board that the lottery <br /> was conducted by HAC and there were 111 applicants— 28 locals, She reminded the board that there is <br /> a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for April 17 — 10AM. Mrs. Botsford reported that an updated <br /> Management Agreement and Plan is being done by Adrienne which will need to be approved. A motion <br /> was made by Ms. Allen and seconded by Mr. Laporte to authorize Mrs. Botsford to approve <br /> and/or execute Management Plan ardor Management Agreement on behalf of the housing <br /> authority. The motion was adopted. <br /> NEIN BUSINESS: <br /> CPC application submittal: Mrs. Botsford stated she put this on the agenda after discussing with the chair <br /> to see if the board would like to submit any applications for more CPC funding. After a discussion on the <br /> matter about the different options, a motion was made by Ms. Allen and seconded by Mr. Laporte <br /> to submit ars application for funding to the CPC for down-payment assistance to purchase a <br /> home. The motion was adopted. Mrs. Botsford will work on getting an application drafted and put it <br /> to the board for approval. <br /> Annual revie s bonus: Mrs. Botsford stated she had to do staff reviewers by April 1, so she consulted with <br /> the chairman about her being able to grant bonuses to staff members based on merit. The chairman <br /> gage her permission and all reviews were done with bonuses to staff. 'Mrs. Botsford reminded the board <br /> that they had the option of conducting a reviewer of her annually and that no review would mean that her <br /> performance was acceptable. All agreed that no review of Mrs. Botsford was needed. <br /> OTHERBUSINESS: none ' <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford shared a thank you note from Carol Mitchell. <br /> NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be Thursday, May 8, 2014 at :00 PM unless changed <br /> beforehand. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Nor.
