A quorum was declared with the following members present: Richard Halpern, Kevin Shackett, Jill Allen, David Harsch, and Fran Laporte. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. SECRETARY'S ETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the regular meeting held on April 10, 2014 were mailed to members before the meeting. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Ms. Allen to accept the minutes a presented, The motion was adopted. TREASURER'S REPORT. Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee accountant, and;reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. Mrs. Botsford pointed out that vire are receiving less income, as a couple of our higher-rent paring residents moved out over the past year and vire are over budget on contract costs due to the large amount of snow removal this past winter.
