i <br /> Accounts Pa ables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for signature. The warrants for signature <br /> tonight are for the month of April 2014 and total as follows: January $49,457.34 for 4001, $4,679.00 for <br /> Section B, $32,781.00 for MF VP, $105,905.31 for Asher's Path Apartments and $8,370.12 for the Housing <br /> Assistance Program. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that we have all residents paid in full at all developments and we are 100% <br /> occupied at all developments. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Ms. Allen to <br /> accept the Treasurer's Report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT:. <br /> Mrs. Botsford mailed members her written report for April, asked if there were any questions (there were <br /> none), and added the following report: <br /> • we received ars email from our Asset Manager at MHIC that we are the only property on budget <br /> 0 Mrs. Botsford is working on preparing the Capital Improvement Plan for the next 3 years. She <br /> has.a tele-conference with a D11CD representative tomorrow to Mart it and hopes to have it to <br /> the board for approval at the next board meeting. <br /> • Gina Orlando, Assistant Property Manager/FISC, has givn notice that she is leaving at the end of <br /> May. Mrs. Botsford has advertised for the position and wants to expand it a little. First interview <br /> was done today and a few more are scheduled for tomorrow. She hopes to fill it before ina`s <br /> last day so that some cross-training can take place. <br /> 0 Mrs. Botsford reported that things are much more settled administratively in Brewster, but thea <br /> is an ongoing problem with the maintenance staff person. She is trying to make things work, but <br /> no success so far. She feels that she will need to get support from the BHA board to proceed <br /> with termination but she is worried about having coverage, especially while she is away on sick <br /> leave. It was suggested, and agreed, by the board that Vincent be taken over to Brewster for a <br /> whole week to get things in order either now or when there is a vacancy. Mrs. Botsford will <br /> consider this. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Breezy Acres Expansion/Great Core Community update: Mrs. Botsford informed the board that the walk- <br /> through was done on the property today. She and Vincent Gault attended to become familiar with the <br /> heating, electric, grater, sprinkler, and alarm systems. Adrienne is going to a meeting with the tern next <br /> week because they want to withhold the occupancy permits until the grass is growing. In the meantime, <br /> applicants are being processed now and as soon as they are approved by us they get sent to HAC for <br /> approval and then MHP (Mass Housing Partnership) for final approval before being able to move in. <br /> CPC application submittal: Mrs. Botsford stated she has not finished getting an application drafted but we <br /> have time as the deadline for fall Town Meeting has already passed. She will soon get it finished and put <br /> it to the board for approval. <br /> NEIN BUSINESS: <br /> Budget Revision:n: Mrs. Botsford stated that Torn Joy has processed a budget revision based on DH D's <br /> memorandum allowing for an exemption for some snow removal expenses. The budget was presented to <br /> the board for approval. After review, a motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Ms. <br /> Mien to accept the budget revision as presented and submit to DHCD for approval.
