a' LL <br /> HOUSING PROGRAM chapter 7and 667 <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RES LVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE MASHPEE HOUSING <br /> AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS, <br /> Section 1. The Authority shall enter into a contract with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in <br /> the form submitted at this meeting and contract in the name of Mashpee Housing Authority under its <br /> corporate seal, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to attest the same. <br /> Section 2. The Authority hereby requests the Director of the Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development (Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs) enter into such <br /> contract with the Authority and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to approve such contract. <br /> Section 3. The Officers of this Authority shall be and they are hereby authorized and directed on <br /> and after the execution of said contract by the respective parties thereto, to do and perform on behalf of <br /> the Authority all acts and the things required of the Authority to perform fully all of its obligations there <br /> under. <br /> Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately, Francis Laporte moved-that the <br /> foregoing resolutions be adopted as introduced and read, which motion was seconded by]ill Allen and <br /> upon roll call the"Ayes"and "Nays"were as follows: <br /> Ayes Nays <br /> Richard Halpern <br /> ]ill Allen <br /> Francis Laporte <br /> Kevin Shackett <br /> The Chairperson thereupon declared said motion carried and said resolution adopted. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: none <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford provided members with a copy of the final <br /> Spectrum report with regards to their review of Asher's Path. There are no issues. She also provided <br /> members with a copy of the Site Inspection Report done by Mass Housing Investment Corp MHI for <br /> Asher's Path which also shows no issues. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she had received a-memo from the Town Manager regarding the Mashpee <br /> .`ares Committee and notifying her of our intention to serve. After a brief discussion, a motion was <br /> made by Mr. Shackett and seconded by Mr. Laporte to notify the Town Manager that Mrs, <br /> Botsford would serge as the housing authority's member on the Mashpee Cares committee, <br /> s her time allows. The motion was adopted. Mrs. Botsford will notify her. <br /> NET MEETING: The next meeting will be Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 6:00 PM unless clanged <br /> beforehand. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Me, Shackett and seconded by Mr. Har ch to <br /> adjourn, The motion carried.
