A quorum was declared with the <br /> following members present: Richard Halpern, Fran Laporte, Jill Allen and Devin Shackett. David Hars h <br /> was excused. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary and Vincent Gault, <br /> Maintenance Superintendent. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> I <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on April 12, 2012 were mailed to members before the meting. <br /> After noting a correction needed to small type-b on page 3,,a motion was made by Ms. Allen <br /> and seconded by Mr. Shackett to accept the minutes as presented, The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S ER'S I EP E T: <br /> Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford stated that since our meeting was so early this month, the fee <br /> accountant did not have time to prepare the budget-to-actual. <br /> Accounts Payables: Mrs Botsford presented the warrants for signature. The warrants for signature <br /> tonight are for the month of April 2012 and total as follows: $27,600.63 for 4001, $13,415.50 for Section <br /> 81 $17,087.90 for M VP, and $26,946.36 for Ash is Path Apartments. <br /> Page 1 of <br />
