We have all residents paid in full at Breezy Acres and Asher's Path. We have one resident who hash"t paid <br /> at Homeyer Village; It is the one we are going to court with. We have a court date in early January. We <br /> are 100% occupied at all sites. A motion was made by Mr. Shackett and seconded by Nor. Hars h <br /> to accept the treasurer`s report as presented. The notion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRE TO ' REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford railed members her written report for November and added the following report: <br /> 0 There are still meetings going on regarding the proposal that the governor is expected to make in <br /> January. The MassIAHo task force is working with a consultant on putting together our <br /> alternate plan and that should be ready by the end of December. <br /> • 1 will be going to the Community Preservation Committee meeting nett month to present ars <br /> update on the Housing Assistance Program. <br /> • There was an incident at Asher's Path involving a resident who was undressed in his apartment <br /> with the shades up. Two elderly residents witnessed it while going out to their car in the parking <br /> tot (which is right next to the resident's apartment). The police were called and we are gaiting t <br /> see if there was any criminal'latent before deciding if any action needs to be taken with the <br /> lease. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Breezy Acres Expansion great Cove Community Update: Mrs. Botsford said that she had been in contact <br /> with Ms. Danner and it looks like things are moving along with an expected closing in January. <br /> N E 11 BUSINESS: None <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: Mr. Harsch expressed an interest in pursuing getting a piece of land from the <br /> town, possibly the one on Route 28,. and offered to assist Mrs. Botsford with this. They will work together <br /> on this. <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that her contract allows for an annual review of her performance. It also states that <br /> the absence of the review would indicate satisfactory performance. A motion was made by Mr. <br /> H rs h and seconded by Mr, Shackett that no review was needed this year. The motion <br /> carried. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford provided a copy of a very nice letter <br /> addressed to Mr. Halpern from an Asher's Path resident, Jean K. Bowden, which he granted the board to <br /> see. Mrs. Botsford provided board members with a copy of an email from a board member at Somerset <br /> Housing Authority to DHCD regarding their recent requirement to report board attendance. <br /> EVEN MEETING: Thursday, January 10jr 2013 at 6:00 PM unless changed beforehand. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A notion was crude by Mr. Harsh and seconded by Mr. Sha kett to <br /> adjourn.
