��4ys'Sa1l'N pT <br /> 9�l`�%111LS Gd'� <br /> MASHPEE CARES COMMITTEE-PUBLIC SESSION <br /> March 24, 2015-10:00 am <br /> Mashpee Town Hall-Conference Room <br /> Committee Members Present: Members Absent: Also Present: <br /> Mike Richardson Leila Botsford Patricia Mitrokostas <br /> Tom Rullo Rodney Collins Cheryl Frye-Cromwell <br /> Gail Wilson Leila Botsford Tom Maya <br /> Joyce Mason <br /> Lucy Burton <br /> Lynne Waterman <br /> Chris Santos <br /> Bishop Munroe Scott <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Mike Richardson called the meeting to order at 2:00pm <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT-None <br /> REVIEW OF MINUTES:There was no board secretary in place no minutes to review and approve. <br /> NEW BUSINESS:This is the first meeting of Mashpee Cares as an Official Town Committee, members <br /> appointed by the Board of Selectman. Joyce Mason moved to appoint Mike Richardson as the Chair of <br /> the Committee, Chris Santos,Vice Chair and Gail Wilson as the Clerk, Lucy Burton seconded the motion. <br /> Mike Richardson gave an overview of Mashpee Cares from its origin back under the leadership of Ann <br /> Bradshaw through the changes along the way. Mike stated though there were successes it"floundered <br /> along the way." <br /> Mike spoke of some of the successes: Chris Herron spoke to Mashpee High School; Rack Cards stating <br /> purpose handed out in a variety of locations; Project Purple students handed out material at Town <br /> Meeting and were introduced to the residents in attendance;Wellness Session at Mashpee High School; <br /> Drug Return Box at the Mashpee Police Station; Membership Invitation to the Barnstable County <br /> 1 ' <br />
