Bishop Munroe states that the church has a donation account set up. Kathy Mahoney spoke about the <br /> summer reading program,the book"I rules"there will be activities at the library for families. Discussion <br /> about empowering project purple for next year for 11 and 12 graders. Hope Kwan spoke about the <br /> youth sobriety POW wow on June 20, 2015 supports families with loved ones in recovery. She will ask <br /> the tribal council about having a table set up at the youth sobriety POW wow. The tribe also has co hog <br /> day coming up on the fairgrounds. <br /> Joan Gil-Martin spoke about the public television station doing PSA's. Putting a face to the disease. <br /> Chris Santos said he has an appointment with Mashpee TV tomorrow. Joan Gil-Martin mentioned <br /> having a play about addiction. Bishop Munroe brought up the significance of the home environment, <br /> children at risk in the home. <br /> Lynne Waterman spoke about the need to develop an action plan. Tom Rullo stated we need to get <br /> committed members, no quorum, not be a waste of time, and need to get an idea who is committed. <br /> Kathy Mahoney also spoke about the need for an action plan, not just focus on one person's activities, <br /> we need to focus on an action plan. Lynne said we need to keep in mind older adults also. Kathy spoke <br /> about being a town committee, not to duplicate other committees work such as Human Services <br /> Committee. <br /> Chris Santos said we need to have a budget. Kathy Mahoney asked about funding from the schools. <br /> Cheryl Barlett is funding the flags. <br /> Discussion about the next meeting and the reappointments at that time.
