Following a lengthy discussion, the Agent said if he is willing to notify the <br /> abutters and the tribe at least he would be doing due diligence. They can come back <br /> and object but he feels he meets the performance standards. He recommended <br /> pulling the sand back five feet to keep the sand off the salt marsh. He said it is not affecting <br /> the resource area but is why he recommended pulling it back five feet to keep it out of the <br /> salt marsh. The area is relatively flat. The Agent noted this was a one time application and if <br /> Mr. Pappas plans on putting in more sand down he would have to come back before the <br /> commissioners.
