An arborist came and assessed the <br /> situation. <br /> The Agent went out to the site to take a look at the trees and an arborist identified several <br /> pitch pines and black oaks that were diseased from wasp gull. The pitch pines were infested <br /> with turpentine beetles. The trees were already taken down because of their condition and it <br /> was better to remove them sooner than later. The Agent noted the exposed soil and <br /> recommended native plantings be planted in the area which would stabilize the site. <br /> Motion: Mr. Rogers moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. McKay.
