RDA <br /> Resource Area: Flood Zone <br /> Peter McEntee, Engineering Works, represented the'applicants. He explained the proposal <br /> is to replace the existing septic system with a new Title V system as outlined on the plan <br /> provided. <br /> The Agent stated Board of Health has approved the application. <br /> Motion: Mr. Shaw moved a negative determination, seconded by Mr. Rogers. Vote <br /> unanimous 5-0 <br /> Mr. Gurnee requested a discussion take place on administrative approvals. Mr. Gurnee <br /> moved to allow the commission to discuss administrative approvals, seconded by Mr. <br /> Rogers. Roll Call Vote: Mr. Gurnee, yes, Mr. McKay, yes, Mr. Rogers, yes, Mr. Shaw, yes, <br /> Mr. Anderson, yes. Vote unanimous. <br /> Mr. Gurnee asked about what determines an administrative approval. The Agent stated <br /> applications for administrative approval are typically minor changes of previously approved <br /> work under a notice of intent. Mr. Gurnee requested the commissioners have a discussion <br /> on what constitutes an administrative approval. It was agreed to place this discussion on a <br /> future meeting. The Agent said he would put together an outline and Mr. Gurnee <br /> volunteered to give him a hand. <br /> Motion: Mr. Straw moved to go into executive session to discuss strategy with respect <br /> to litigation as it relates to Gooseberry Island as an open meeting may have a <br /> detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of this public body from <br /> which we will not return to open session. Seconded by Dale McKay. Roll Call Vote: <br /> Dud Shaw, yes; Dale McKay, yes; Mark Gurnee, yes; John Rogers, yes; and Robert <br /> Anderson, yes.
