This data needs to also be reported to the ZBA. ■ Alice suggested that there is a need to work on the marketing plan. Notice was not given to Mashpee Village,Town employees(email only),or the Housing Authority. There also were some misunderstandings on eligibility,deadline for submission,etc. ➢ Action Item, Alice will set up a meeting with HAC,ZBA and the Affordable Housing Committee for outreach on this program. Eric Smith ■ Eric announced that he had accepted a new position as the Town Planner for the Town of Ashburnham. He will vacate his current position at the end of June. ■ Zella would like to set up a meeting with the Planning Department on guidance on logistical items. ➢ Action Item: Zella will coordinate a meeting with Eric Smith, Tom Fudula and Charlotte to discuss Planning Department's continued involvement with the Affordable Housing Committee. OLID BUSINESS Committee Membership ■ Zella introduced letters of recommendation for John Paone and Cynthia Green for membership on the Affordable Housing Committee. An official letter of interest from Marty Henry has not been received, but he indicated that it is forthcoming. ■ Louise made a motion to recommend to the Selectman to appoint Marty Henry, John Paone, and Cynthia Green to the Affordable Housing Committee; Julius seconded the motion and the motion was carried. ➢ Action Iters: Zella will prepare a letter indicating the Affordable Housing Committee's recommendation to the Selectman. John Cahalane will get the recommendation on the Selectmen's agenda for their June meeting. Housing Conference at Branders University ■ Alice is currently registered to attend. She will report back to the Committee on the results of the conference. Co Housing&Family Compounds Mashpee Planning Department is currently working on a bylaw for the October Town meeting. Bylaw will include: — Zoning -- Definition of Family Members — Legal Arrangements New Member Packet ■ Zella will remove the list of members and will make some minor grammatical errors. She will email a final copy to all Affordable Housing Committee members. ■ It was decided to use a laser copy rather than sending to a printer.
