The plan has remained the same. Laura did meet with the
Deputy Fire Chief Hamlin last week. Deputy Fire Chief Haml n's only concerns at
that time were the plots lines in regards to fire apparatus and water pressure in the
area. Her clients are willing to make any charges to the plus and to do underlining
piping necessary. He did not have a problem with the height of the buildings because
fire apparatus would be able to get around with the changing of the plot lines. She was
hoping for this committees support of the LIP so they can move forward to meet with
the selectmen as both this committee and the selectmen's approval is necessary to
begin. She restated that 20% of the units or 24 units would be rental and 96 would be
home ownership, Her clients are open to where the rentals are within the complex.
John Paon inquired if the units would be all the same size. Laura said they would be
and all would be visibility units with five percent ADA. Of that five percent, there
would be a mixture of affordable and market value if the committee wishes. Laura
stated she believed the height of the apartment buildings to be l feet
and would not
p g
' e a problem i
