Cynthia Green, Julius Rosales, Marty Henry, Charlotte Carron Absent: John Paone and Tee Lopes Liaisons: No liaisons were present tonight. Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm. . Guests: Deborah Battles Julliete Silva Approval of Minutes...Marty Henry motioned to accept may minutes. Cynthia seconded. All were in favor: A I M IST A'TrM Action Item: Members asked to distribute brochures at town buildin s including the library, churches and shopping centers, buil. Action Item: Zella to write the Selectman asking them to accept Julliet a Silva's application for a seat on this committee.New Member Packet to be given to Julliette Silva. Action Iter: Denise to invite Mr. and Mrs. Woodbridge-so they can readdress this committee regarding wAys to develop new affordable housing for everyone. Denise wi l also extend an invitation to Kevin Kirrane for our next meeting per his request. Action Item: Board members are to think about electing officers at th6 July l I meeting. - Action Item: The emitte members whose terga may be expiring at the end of this rn nth were reminded to submit a,letter of interest to continue serving along with an attendance record to the Board of Selectman b ,Tune 17, 20 . NEW BUSEVESS • Zella was at last nights Selectman's Meeting to address them regarding the Mashp ee Wood Route 130 project. Prior to the Selectman's Meeting, Zella seat them a letter o support on behalf of t i committee' for this project. The Selectmen gave their approval to this project. ABKJJT, LLC's was extremely grateful to this co ttee for all they had done. They will now have to apply to the Mate for the LIF which could take anywhere from three to six months. They will thea come before the Selectmen* and then the ZB .
