Last Paragraph. He noted <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of November 23 is incorrect and should be <br /> corrected to read October 2 . <br /> Robert DeLory referred to Page 2 , Paragraph 2 , Dispute <br /> between Neighbors Joe DiMagg io and Randy Peters , Jr, He informed <br /> The Board that The Mashpee Town Hall Bulletin Board has posting <br /> of a Planning Board Hearing with Randy Peters , Jr. tomorrow <br /> evening. <br /> Robert DeLory referred to Page 4 , Problems the Result <br /> of Revaluation. He noted there is quite a lit of information on <br /> this page of The Minutes about the new property values. He <br /> expressed opinion The Board should have sufficient time to review <br /> and revise , if necessary, the construction tables before The <br /> Abatement Process Starts. <br /> Chairman Greig asked the final date that abatement <br /> applications are due. David. Bailey informed January 30th. Mr. <br /> DeLory asked if any applications had been filed. Mr. Bailey <br /> informed that two had cone in . One had two gooks listed on one <br /> property by mistake . . . one dock belonged to a neighbor. <br /> Another was the degree of construction completion as of January <br /> Ist . . . it was higher than it should have been. <br /> Robert DeLory rade notion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of November 23 , 1993 as written and as reviewed and <br /> with corrections as noted; Leslie Greig made second the motion <br /> motion passed; ria3 rity decision.
