GREIG, CHAIRMAN <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by vice Chairman <br /> Porter at 6 : 00 p.m. <br /> Vice Chairman Porter announced that Mr. Greig was not able <br /> to attend this evening ' s meeting because he had an unfortunate <br /> accident at his home. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of February 1 , 1994 <br /> Robert DeLory made motion The Board accept The Minutes of i <br /> The Meeting of February 1 , 1994 as printed; Kenneth Porter made <br /> second the motion ; action passed; unanimous decision. The <br /> Minutes were accepted by The Board. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Abatement Application - Map 77 , Multiple Lots <br /> William R. Cunning, Owner <br /> Chairman Porter introduced the application with letter to <br /> Mr. Cuming attached from John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering. Copy of letter is attached to These Minutes. The <br /> letter states that the nitrogen loading calculations for the <br /> waterfront lots on Shoestring Bay generate the opinion that only <br /> two bedroom homes are allowed by the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission, and further treatment of sewage effluent would <br /> involve the Department of Environmental Protection approval and <br /> approximately $10 , 000 of additional construction costs for each <br /> lot. Cape & Islands Engineering has submitted two septic designs <br /> to the DEP relevant to additional treatment; no approval has been <br /> received. <br /> Mr. Porter pointed out that Mr, Cunning may be better able t <br /> develop the sub3ect lots if the purchase price is reduced, <br />� <br /> perhaps by $10 , 000 . Robert DeLory Pointed out that Mr. Cumin <br /> should be dealing with the Ma-shpee Conservation Commission, not <br /> the DEP, David Bailey informed that he had spoken with <br /> Conservation; the Commission intends to enforce the regulation of <br />
