The Board accepted The List as <br /> read. <br /> Board Action on Late F it ing of Abatement Application <br /> Chairman Greig asked David Bailey if The Board needed to <br /> vote on Its decision to deny an abatement because the application <br /> was filed late - all Board Members had voted to deny it. David <br /> Bailey informed that a letter had been' sent to the Owner <br /> explaining that The Board has no Jurisdiction to act on late <br /> filings . No formal vote by The Board was necessary. <br /> NEI OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Interviews for Data Collector Position <br /> David Bailey informed that he and Vice Chairman Porter had <br /> formulated their choices for the position. Robert DeLory <br /> informed that he had formulated his choices . Chairman Greig <br /> informed that he did not fully participate in the interview <br /> process ; he expressed opinion it would be unfair for him to <br /> formulate his choices for the position. Lengthy discussion <br /> followed regarding the applicants ' qualifications , and if certain <br /> applicants were searching to set down their roots and continue on <br /> the job, and if certain applicants were searching for an interim <br /> job while waiting for something better to be offered. David <br /> Bailey stated that he had a difficult time with his first two <br /> choices ; he followed with explanation. <br /> I <br />
