r n Board of Assessors Meeting Page Interviews for Data Collector Position continued Chairman Greig recommended that The Board ' s first three choices of applicants for the Data Collector position be submitted to The Board of, Selectmen. Mr. Greig stated that he would go along with any majority choice of The Board and the order of priority agreed upon. David Bailey pointed out that The Personnel Board had selected Its choice of applicants ; however•, The Board of selectmen will most likely accept The Board of Assessors ' choices . Mr. Bailey also pointed out that Assessing' three choices are all from Mashee. The Board and David Bailey formulated their selection of applicants. All Board Members agreed that David Bailey should now submit ei selection for Data Collector to The Board of Selectmen. - Chairman eleetmen.Chairman Greig initiated discussion regarding Ms . Susan ollum' s excellent work performance and organizational. skills . Commercial Personal Property David Bailey updated the statins of this 'hatter. He informed that the bids should go out within the next two months . He explained that this project cost is under $10 , 000 ; he does not want to advertise publicly - wants to find three or four bidders . He has two verbal quotes and is looking for a third. Discussion followed. Time bare - Sea Mist Condominiums ATB Case David Bailey updated the status of this matter. He informed that he has a meeting with Attorney Richard Terry th-.s Thursday at 9 : 00 a.m. in Mashpeels. Assessing Department. Chairman Greig recommended that at least one of the Board Members be present at that meeting . All expressed agreement. Cablevision David Bailey updated the status of this 'hatter. He informed that he spoke with Mash ee' s attorney; Mr. Bailey was informed that the company is close to accepting Mashee ' s settlement proposal . The company had its own appraisal prepared; Mashee ' arguments appear to be very encouraging .
