He informed <br /> that the bids should go out within the next two months . He <br /> explained that this project cost is under $10 , 000 ; he does not <br /> want to advertise publicly - wants to find three or four bidders . <br /> He has two verbal quotes and is looking for a third. He informed <br /> that he has a meeting with Attorney Richard Terry th-.s Thursday <br /> at 9 : 00 a.m. in Mashpeels. Assessing Department. <br /> Chairman Greig recommended that at least one of the Board <br /> Members be present at that meeting . All expressed agreement. <br /> Cablevision <br /> David Bailey updated the status of this 'hatter. He informed <br /> that he spoke with Mash ee' s attorney; Mr. Bailey was informed <br /> that the company is close to accepting Mashee ' s settlement <br /> proposal . The company had its own appraisal prepared; Mashee ' <br /> arguments appear to be very encouraging . <br />
