i <br /> Board of Assessors Meeting Page <br /> Upcoming _Meeting for users of Patriot Properties ' Software <br /> David Bailey informed Board Members that both he and Ms. <br /> Susan collum will be attending ,the meeting tomo rrow in Auburn. <br /> He explained that the users of Patriot' s software system are <br /> meeting to compare notes , exchange ideas , and the like. <br /> Banker and Tradesman - Real Property Sales Data <br /> Chairman Greig questioned if the sales data has been ]sept up <br /> to date. David Bailey acknowledged that he has been ]peeping <br /> track of this project. Mr. Greig requested that Mr . Bailey mark <br /> the reap and block number of each parcel sold so that the sales <br /> data is kept current and the properties are easy to identify. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> There being no further business before The Board for <br /> discussion, Kenneth Porter made motion The Board adjourn the <br /> meeting ; Robert DeLory made second the motion; motion passed; <br /> Unanimous decision.
