Year <br /> 1993 to $6 , 500 ,000 and to reduce the Sea Mist TimeShare <br /> assessment for Fiscal Year 1994 to. $6 ,000 ,000 ; furthermore, <br /> The Board has agreed It will attempt to reduce the Sea dist <br /> TlmeShare assessment for Fiscal Year 1995 to approximately <br /> , O , 00 . <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Robert DeLory made motion The Board accept the reduced <br /> assessments for Fiscal Years 1993 and 1994 on Sea Mist TimeShare <br /> Units and will attempt to reduce the Sea Mist Timeshare <br /> assessment for Fiscal Year 1995 as react into The Record; Kenneth <br /> Porter made second the motion ; motion passed; unanimous decision. <br /> The Board accepted the settlement terms for Fiscal Years 1993 , <br /> 1994 , and 1995 on Sea Mist TimeShare assessments as read into The <br />� A4'e <br /> Record by Chairman Greig . <br /> Chairman Greig also added for The Record that Sea Mist ' s <br /> Fiscal Year 1995 proposed approximate assessment will still be <br /> $1 , 000 ,000 above the private appraisal report prepared for Sea i <br /> Mist. David Bailey verified Mr. Greig ' s statement. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of New Data Collector for Assessin De artment <br /> David Bailey informed that Joseph Polito was appointed as <br /> Data Collector- by the Board of Selectmen during last evening ' s <br /> meetiinc . The vote was quick and easy . Upon question by Robert <br /> DeLory,, Mr. Bai_ley* explained that the Board of Selectmen appoints <br /> all (because of union positions ) except the Assistant Assessor <br /> and the Director of Assessing . <br /> Mr . Bailey informed that he has not yet spoken with fir. <br /> Polito; he left word with Ms . Marilyn Farren, the official <br /> contact until he is actually hared, to have Mr . Polito telephone <br /> David Bailey, Nis . Farren may not have been able to make contact. <br /> Chairman Greig initiated short discussion relative to having <br /> the Data Collector- assist the Building Inspector; full assistance <br /> is targeted for 60 days . Mr . Bailey stated that Mr. Polito could <br /> probably be spared for one week - but not for the full 60 days ! <br /> M <br />
