BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Porter <br /> t 6 : 1.5 p.m. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: <br /> Minutes The Meeting of Mair_-. l , 19 <br /> All Board Members and David Bailey reviewed The 'Minutes. <br /> There were no discussions nor corrections ., <br /> Leslie Greig made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The <br /> Meeting f May 31 , 1994 as printed; Robert UeLry made second the <br /> motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes were <br /> accepted by The Board. ' . <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Stej2 Raises <br /> Chairman Porter informed that The Board SerFtar-y has <br /> received her step raise. Ms . Bachand thanked The Board. <br /> Leslie Greig inquired if David Bailey is eligible for a <br /> step raise . Mr. Bailey infined that he is at Step 5 , the highest <br /> step he is able to obtain at present. A Town warrent ppoing <br /> additional steps has not {yet been approved during ' the past two <br /> years . Mr. Greig expressed opinion that the current Personnel <br /> Board study relative to this natter may activate a solution, <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Special. Permits - South Mashpee village <br /> Chairman Porter inquired if anyone has obtained <br /> additional information on this issue. Lengthy discussion <br /> followed. Leslie Greig infrmed that yesterday ' s Enterprise has <br /> an extensive review. He is in possession of a drawing submitted <br /> by New Seabury Corporation that shows different villages and <br /> discusses what will be established in each village. <br />
