PORTER, CHAIRMAN <br /> ROBERT R. De OR , VICE CHAIRMAN <br /> DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> ABSENT: LESLIE M. GREIG, CLERK <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Porter <br /> at 6 :16 p.m. <br /> MINUTES of THE MEETINGS: <br /> Minutes of The Meetin2 of July 1 , 1994 <br /> David Bailey informed that on July 12 , 1994 ,- because <br /> Chairman Foxier was the only Board Member present, no official <br /> Board Meeting took place. The one page entitled "Minutes of July <br /> 12 , 19941 13 as printed was actually notification for file <br /> reference that no official meeting took place . <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Pro cess of RRC ' s Commercial Personal Property Appraisal <br /> Chairman Porter informed he received a telephone call this <br /> morning from the North Shore area ; he was impressed and pleased <br /> that the subject appraisal firm is doing such a thorough job. <br /> I David Bailey gave an update of RRGts progress to date: <br /> finished up Ma h ee CommOns ; perhaps finished Deer Crossing , <br /> Mataket Place, and SummerF Feld;- a number of professional <br /> usihesses where they have made callback appointments ; have gone <br /> through all the major arteries at least once. RRC representatives <br /> have initially made all cold calls then a lot of callbacks <br /> because of inadequate information , such as the lumber yard. They <br /> have completed probably 200 accounts already, representing a lot <br /> of work accomplished. Mr. Bailey is pleased with the progress; <br /> information submitted appears complete. He agreed with Chairman <br /> Porter that a thorough job is being done; they are s otchecking <br />
