} <br /> ip <br /> B_/ar3/4 of Assessors Meeting Page <br /> Upcominq ATB Cases <br /> Upon question from Vice Chairman DeLory, David Bailey stated <br /> that the house was built in 1 view of this house from the <br /> street gives opinion it is a fairly decent house it <br /> presents well with skylights , etc. <br /> Upon question from Leslie Greig,, Mr. Barley informed that <br /> the house is located on RedBrook Road going towards Falmouth) <br /> first house on the righthand side just past Surf Drive. The <br /> design is a split level . When Mr . Bailey went through the yard, <br /> he discovered the fill was apparently from a Sunk yard on <br /> the surface it appears the whole yard is a fill of broken glass <br /> and metal. . The garage is 24 feet wide; the ceiling joists have <br /> no supports . The materials are of good quality , but installation <br /> was faulty and caused leaks in windows and the roof . Mouse <br /> completion was about '75% . Len Lhy discussion followed. <br /> Upon question from vice Chairman DeLory, David Bailey stated <br /> that he would like to have the property abated to the value of <br /> the purchase prise he was ready to mate further after <br /> complete inspection. The owner stated that he was not aware of <br /> the faulty fire wall until after inspection . Mr. Bailey told the <br /> Owner that the . M shpee Building Inspector in 1984 no longer <br /> holds that office. Lengthy discussion followed. <br /> The United Church Villa�eF ATB 'Case was introduced by Leslie <br /> Greig. David Bailey informed that Mashpee ' s attorney is supposed <br /> to notify h1m today of the stags ; questions have been answered, <br /> and it appears the purchase price is valid- supporting <br /> documentation was presented and reviewed by Mashpee ' 's attorney. <br /> David Bailey informed Board Members several properties that <br /> are upcoming ATB Cases have gone down in value considerably; he <br /> is of the opinion hese cases will be negotiated. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> There being no further business before The Board for. <br /> discussion, Robert DeLory made motion The Board adjourn the <br /> meeting ; Leslie Greig rade second the motion; motion passed; <br /> unanimous decision .
