��. d17 NOTE: The Mashpee Board of Assessors did not hold Regular Board Meetings on Tuesday,, January 31,, 19 9 5 , and on Tuesday, February 7 , 1995 . MASHPEE BOARD OF ASSESSS RS MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 14 , 1995 PRESENT: KENNETH A. PORTER, CHAIRMAN ROBERT R. DeLRY, VICE CHAIRMAN LESLIE M, CREIC, CLERK DAVID A. BAILEY , DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Porter t 6 : 00 p.m. MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: Minutes of The Meeting of December 1 , 1994 Chairman Porter referred to Page 2 , Paragraph 2 , Personal Property Revaluation; he asked David Bailey the status of this matter, Tr . Bailey stated that they have done out and come back. Leslie Greig referred to Page 3 , Paragraph 5 , Re-Appointments on a Yearly Basis ; he asked David Bailey what Town Laws require yearly re'-appointments . Mr: Bailey pointed out r that he did not recall saying "Town Laws" ; he knows of State Laws that mandate yearly re-appointmerits 6f Assessing employees ; he also knows of State Laws that appoint many people on a three- year basis . Robert DeLory made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The Meeting of December 13 , 1994, as printed and as discussed, with correction as noted; Leslie Greig made second the notion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board. OLD/NEVA? BUSINESS Assessors ' Regular Meeting Schedule Vice-Chairman DeLory questioned if the Board Meeting Schedule will be changed to weedy because of the Abatement Process . Chairman Porter and Leslie Greig expressed opinion that there is no need at present to change the bi-monthly schedule to weekly; David Bailey agreed with Board Members. Mr . Greig felt that Daily Meetings may be necessary once Revaluation has begun. Mr. DeLory and Mr, Porter stated that Daily Meetings would be acceptable.
