GRE G, CLERK <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Porter <br /> at 6 : 31 p.m. Mr. Porter announced that Leslie Greig is absent <br /> this evening because he is sick, <br /> MINUTES of THE MEETINGS: <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of Februar 81 1995 <br /> Vice Chairman DeLory referred to Fade 1 , minutes of the <br /> Meeting of January 24 , 1995 , Paragraph 1 ; he questioned the <br /> status of this matter. David Bailey informed that he learned <br /> from the D.o.R. that splitting up an assessment is permissible. <br /> Short discussion followed. <br /> Robert DeLory rade motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of February 28, 1995 as printed; Kenneth Porter <br /> made second the motion; motion passed; majority decision. The <br /> Minutes were accepted by The Board,, <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Funds from Making Copies of Property Record Cards <br /> Chairman Porter noted that the Assessing Department drawer <br /> used to hold the funds earned from making copies appeared to have <br /> quite a bit of cash stoned. David Bailey informed that Ms . Susan <br /> Collum generally tales care of this matter once a month <br /> Assessing tries not to keep more than $1 - $20 in the drawer. <br /> Short discussion followed. Chairman Porter noted for the Record <br /> that they will keep a closer watch on these funds . <br /> Notice of Resignation of Data Collector Joseph Polito <br /> Chairman Porter react aloud for the Record the letter of <br /> resignation dated March 20 , 1995 .
