Last Line; <br /> the word "sanbd" is a typographical error and should be corrected <br /> to read "and" . <br /> . <br /> Nice Chairman DeLory made motion The Board accept The <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of March 28 , 1995 , as printed and with <br /> the one correction; Chairman Porter made second the motion; <br /> motion passed; majority decision_ Leslie Greig refrained from <br /> voting; he was not present at that meetifng. The Minutes were <br /> accepted by The Board. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Board Secretary ' s Annual Evaluation Re ort <br /> a <br /> Chairman Porten stated for The Record that he reviewed with <br /> Ms . Eleanor Bachand, Board, Secretary for Assessors,. her annual <br /> evaluation report that was prepared by Board Members ' Ms . Bachand <br /> agreed to the specific points of the report and thanked the Board <br /> for its positive review. Chairman Porter .pointed out that Ms, <br /> Bachand is eligible for a step raise. He will submit the <br /> evaluation report to the Personnel. Department tomorrow. <br /> Summerfield Place - Reduction of Assessment <br /> David Bailey informed that the Board has negotiated a. <br /> settlement on the FY1995 Assessment of Summerfield Placer <br /> Abatement Application Numbers 98 through 140 . W . all of the <br /> parcel.s that make up Summerfield Place. Mr .. Bailey stated that <br /> he has rounded off the new assessment to $1 . 6 Million. <br />
