DeLORY, CHAIRMAN <br /> LESLIE M. GREIG, VICE CHAIRMAN <br /> KENNETH A. PORTER, CLERK <br /> ABSENT: DAVID A, BAILEY,. DIRECTOR of ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman DeLory <br /> t 6 : 10 p.m. <br /> Chairman DeLory announced that David Bailey is absent this <br /> evening due to a family matter. <br /> i <br /> MINUTES OFTIDE MEETINGS * <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of A ril 24 , 1995 <br /> Vice Chairman Greig referred to Page 1 , Minutes of The <br /> meeting of March 28 , 1995 , second paragraph, second line frord the <br /> i bottom; he pointed out that the word "meetifng" is spelled <br /> incorrectly the typographical error should be corrected to <br /> read "meeting" <br /> Mr . Porter referred to Page 2 , Update on Revaluation, last <br /> paragraph; he stated that he is curious about the printouts to <br /> which David Bailey was referring . He was of the opinion the time � <br /> element for sales information was supposed to be from January 1, <br /> 1994 , though June of 1995, but Mr. Bailey had stated the <br /> printouts would cover from June of 1994 through June of 1995 . <br /> Vice Chairman Greig clarified that it is supposed to corer from <br /> six months prior to January 1 , 1995 through six months following <br /> January 1 ; 1995. However, David Bailey will be obtaining a <br /> printout from 1993 through 1994 and alrnoost up to date. <br /> Discussion .followed. <br /> Kenneth Porter stated that he had questioned Mr. Bailey just <br /> recently about this matter. Cha i man DeLory informed that David <br /> Bailey was of the opinion the most recent sales looked better <br /> than what they had been; some of the bank sales will be dropped. <br /> Mr, Porter informed d that the sales informi'on Mr. Bailey ha <br /> given to Mr. DeLory the other day is almost out of date because <br /> so much has changed . Chairman DeLory pointed out that the <br /> changes are not all from specific neighborhoods . Vice Chairman <br /> Greig expressed opinion there are many revisions to be made, All <br /> expressed agreement. <br />
