DeLORY, CHAIRMAN <br /> LESLIE M. CREI r VICE CHAIRMA1 <br /> KENNETH A. PORTER, CLERK{ <br /> DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman DeLory <br /> at 7 : 00 p.m. <br /> Chairman DeLory announced that Ms . Eleanor Bachand, the <br /> Board Secretaryr was not present to record "the minutes" of this <br /> evenings ' s meeting; she will use the taped recording of the <br /> meeting to transcribe "the minutes" . <br /> MINUTES of THE MEETINGS : . <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of May 8 , 1995 <br /> Vice Chairman Greig referred to pages 1 , 2 , and 3 o 'the <br /> minutes" , Mashpee Workshop Agenda, He informed that he had <br /> attended the initial meetings and that not one issue The Board o <br /> Assessors had discussed was ever presented* He tried to have <br /> the members in charge of setting the workshops coordinate <br /> survey of Town Property in order to come up with "What can w.e <br /> best do with it?" it was not even put on the agenda ! <br /> Lengthy discussion followed. <br /> Mice Chairman Greig stated that he is a senior citizen of <br /> Mashpee and does not like to pay a lot of taxes * Chairman DeLory <br /> expressd opinion that the negative attitude toward the issues <br /> , discussed by the Assessors may have something to do with "how <br /> gloomy it looks in the future" . All Board Members and David <br /> Bailey expressed their disappointment in the Mashpee Workshop <br /> Agenda. <br /> Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of May 8 , 1995 , as printed; Leslie Greig made second <br /> the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of May 8 , 1995 , were accepted by The Board. <br />
